Cetova delivers its entire portfolio of Consulting Services during the typical base implementation, with consulting fees included in our base delivery price. Many clients also invest in our Consulting Services pre-implementation, to properly plan their C-FAR Workspace and C-QRY View designs, thereby ensuring accurate end-reporting results. Furthermore, as our clients become more familiar with Cetova’s features and functionality, we may be engaged post-implementation, on a time-and-materials basis, to provide our clients with the design and development of new workspaces, views, and reports; refresher training; and new user training. Finally, as part of Cetova’s annual maintenance fee, clients receive access to our Client Support Services for routine troubleshooting, software error correction, and related questions.
